LAKESIDE KING & QUEEN PAGEANT TO BE HELD IN KISUMU

The Lakeside King and Queen pageant is coming!
Are you from the lakeside region?
Do you believe you are beautiful and intelligent?
Can you bring a positive change to the region?
Do you have what it takes to compete in a beauty pageant both locally and internationally?
What will you do with KShs 50,000 prize money?
The Lakeside King and Queen Pageant has a series of events lined up for persons from the age of 5 and above. This is in culmination with the theme:

“BEYOND A CHARITABLE HEART”

The Lakeside King and Queen is NOT all about BEAUTY; we are about EMPOWERING & NURTURING talents of individuals of different ages for COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & PERSONAL GROWTH.
A series of FREE TRAININGS & WORKSHOPS have been lined up for the general public.
These workshops and Trainings will be staggered and will take a maximum of 2 hours on specific days as assigned by the pageant management.

Various trainers from within and outside the country have been allocated to the various fields as will be communicated. The various fields of training are as follows: Hospitality & Tourism Management

  6. Creative Arts

    • Weaving
    • Basketry
    • Massage
    • Manicure
    • Pedicure

  8. Peer education & Counselling
  9. First aid & Emergency Rescue Services
  10. Sports
  11. Disc Jockey (D.j)

Certificates will be issued after training and letters of recommendation will also be availed on request.
One of the rules to be a beauty queen is to learn how to be real and true to yourself. Stay tuned for more insight on how to take away the crown. Registration is currently ongoing at Scottish Tartan Hotel, Kisumu.
